Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kytes Community forum at community.kytes.com (the “Community”), operated by ProductDossier Solutions (India) Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”, “ProductDossier”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Community, you agree to these Terms, our Community Guidelines, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Community.

1. Definitions

  • “User”, “you” — anyone who accesses or uses the Community.
  • “Content” — text, images, code, links, audio, video, and any other material.
  • “Your Content” — Content you submit, post, or transmit to the Community, such as topics, replies, messages, reactions, and profile information.
  • “Community Content” — Content created by ProductDossier and made available in the Community.
  • “Third-Party Content” — Content made available by parties other than ProductDossier or Users.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Community. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Your Content and license

You retain ownership of Your Content. By posting it, you grant ProductDossier a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute Your Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Community. You are solely responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to post it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or interfere with other Users;
  • post spam, chain messages, or unsolicited promotional content;
  • post unlawful, infringing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or harmful content;
  • promote discrimination or hatred against protected groups;
  • violate any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
  • attempt to manipulate search results, rankings, or reviews;
  • scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Community;
  • remove or alter any proprietary notices on the Community.

5. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or proposals (“Feedback”), you agree that we may use it without obligation or compensation, and you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate that Feedback.

6. Third-party content and links

The Community may contain Third-Party Content and links to external sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their accuracy, content, or practices, and you access them at your own risk.

7. Moderation and termination

We may edit, move, close, or remove Content, and suspend or terminate accounts, at our discretion — including for violations of these Terms or the Community Guidelines. You may close your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Community is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Content posted by Users represents their own views and is not verified or endorsed by ProductDossier.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProductDossier and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Community.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProductDossier and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of or conduct in the Community or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and the courts in Pune shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes and contact
